Your policy should include coverage for trip cancellation/interruption, baggage loss, emergency dental, and other unexpected events. There are no specific age limitations for our journeys, making them suitable for travelers of all generations. However, guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to ensure their safety and compliance with travel guidelines.

We understand that plans may change; however, cancellations are subject to the following policy:
• 91 days prior to departure or more: A cancellation fee of $500 applies.
• 90–61 days prior to departure: 50% of the program price will be charged.
• 60 days prior to departure or less: 100% of the program price will be charged.

All guests are required to have valid passports to participate in this program. Your passport must remain valid for at least six months beyond the end date of your expedition. If visas are necessary for your journey, it is your responsibility to complete the visa forms and cover the application costs.
